The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence and curiosity. He/she will reports a Head Concierge. Main duties & responsibilities  Warmly welcome guests and proactively offer assistance, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from arrival to departure.  Provide comprehensive and insightful recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, cultural events, and hidden gems.  Skillfully make reservations and arrangements for restaurants, transportation (taxis, private cars, boats), excursions, spa treatments, and other bespoke services.  Maintain an extensive network of contacts with local businesses, vendors, and service providers to secure preferred access and exceptional experiences for guests.  Handle guest inquiries and requests with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, no matter how unique or challenging.  Manage guest mail, messages, and packages with care and precision.  Collaborate closely with all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery
