PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Au sein de l’équipe Finance France, vous contribuez à la fiabilité des comptes et au bon fonctionnement des opérations comptables au quotidien. Vous intervenez sur un périmètre varié (banque, fournisseurs, immobilisations) avec une forte interaction avec les équipes internes et un centre de services partagés. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT: Vos principales responsabilités -Comptabilité bancaire • Saisie des écritures et rapprochements bancaires dans SAP • Suivi des transactions cartes bancaires • Contrôle des rapprochements -Comptabilité fournisseurs (en lien avec un CSP) • Suivi des factures et des bons de commande • Contrôle des imputations comptables et TVA • Validation des campagnes de paiement • Gestion des litiges fournisseurs • Participation à la mise en place de la facturation électronique • Immobilisations • Suivi du parc d’immobilisations • Gestion IFRS 16 (saisie, réconciliations, suivi) -Clôtures & reporting • Participation aux clôtures mensuelles • Suivi des commissions de distribution et droits musicaux • Refacturations intra-groupe • Contribution aux reporting réglementaires (INSEE, ESG) YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Formation : DCG / DSCG (ou équivalent) Expérience : 0–2 ans (stage / alternance inclus) • Bases solides en comptabilité • Bon niveau Excel • SAP ou ERP apprécié • Bonne maîtrise de la TVA • Anglais professionnel requis DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Si vous possédez certaines de ces compétences et expériences, ainsi que des atouts transférables, nous serions ravis d’avoir de vos nouvelles et vous encourageons à postuler. Cette rémunération n’inclut pas les autres avantages auxquels une personne peut être éligible. Le salaire de base effectivement proposé dépendra des qualifications du candidat, de ses années d’expérience pertinente, de ses compétences spécifiques et particulières, de son niveau de formation, de ses certifications ou autres habilitations professionnelles détenues, ainsi que de la localisation du poste.
