Experience in automotive or aviation body work and painting is a major plus and may increase starting compensation. Key Responsibilities • Perform composite repairs using fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar, and high‑temp pre‑preg materials • Assist with aircraft interior repairs and refurbishment, including composite interior parts and Tedlar application • Carry out sanding, masking, filling, and general paint prep; experience with single‑stage paint systems is helpful • Apply high‑quality body work and paint techniques (automotive or aviation experience welcomed) • Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area What We’re Looking For • Body work and paint work experience preferred but not required • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance • Team‑oriented mindset with willingness to adapt to changing priorities • Aviation experience or FAA licenses (preferred but not required) • High attention to detail and commitment to safety • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work indoors, outdoors, and at heights • Valid driver's license • Ability to read/write English and pass an airport security background check • Willingness to complete quarterly DOT drug testing and pre‑employment screening • Travel availability when required Benefits & Perks • Competitive pay based on experience • Paid time off • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan • Short‑term disability • Ongoing training and career development • A team culture where your work truly matters At CRUCIAL MRO, you’re not just repairing parts—you’re contributing to flight safety every day.
