Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Compliance Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field audits of commercial activities, including HCP visits, promotional events, cycle meetings, and new launches. Monitor the distribution, use, and storage of promotional materials based on the company's strategy and policies. Identify areas of risk and improvement, delivering insightful solutions based on live monitoring activities. Audit digital tools and platforms, including sales trends, field force visits, and activities. Audit the third-party and vendors engaged in commercial operations.   Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical field auditing. Strong analytical, observation, and reporting skills. High ethical standards, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
