Major Duties: • Supports the administration and ongoing execution of the GCT-RCV program, including review planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination of program deliverables. • Maintains and   monitors   the RCV review inventory, review   schedule,   and related program documentation. • Coordinates and communicates upcoming validation reviews to key stakeholders and supports distribution of validation results and reports. • A ssists   management with reporting metrics, dashboards, and program updates. • R eviews and interprets laws, regulations, regulatory change information, and internal policies/procedures for the purpose of developing   appropriate validation   approaches and testing plans. • Develops testing scope and procedures to   validate   compliance with new or changed regulatory requirements. • Executes regulatory change validation reviews to assess whether implementation activities meet applicable regulatory requirements and internal compliance expectations. • Identifies , documents, and escalates to GCT-RCV   management   any regulatory compliance risk or potential issues associated with completed reviews. • Prepares clear and well-supported reports detailing the results of validation testing performed, including observations, conclusions, and recommendations when applicable. • Serves as a direct liaison with Business Unit Managers, Risk and Compliance Partners, and other stakeholders throughout the validation review lifecycle. • Supports quality, consistency, and   timely   completion of RCV deliverables by coordinating review documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications. • Delivers a work product that requires less revision and   demonstrates   sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong understanding of regulatory compliance expectations. • Participates in all applicable training and   maintains   knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal procedures. • Provides guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members, as   appropriate , to support knowledge sharing, consistency, and effective execution of RCV activities. Knowledge/Skills: • Excellent oral and written communication skills are   required . • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are   required   to analyze regulatory requirements, summarize information, and support well-reasoned conclusions. • Functional and industry knowledge is   required , including knowledge of compliance testing, regulatory change management, and/or regulatory   implementation of   validation activities. • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies/procedures is preferred. • Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple reviews, program administration activities, deadlines, and stakeholder communications. • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision. • Technical skills and systems knowledge are preferred, including Microsoft Office applications and reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI. • Strong interpersonal skills are   required   to partner effectively with Business Unit Managers, Risk and Compliance Partners, and other stakeholders. • Ability to   identify   risks, escalate issues appropriately, and recommend practical process improvements. Experience Required: • 10+   years of relevant compliance, risk, audit, regulatory change management, compliance testing, or related financial services experience. • Experience reviewing and interpreting laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and related compliance requirements. • Experience developing testing scopes, executing testing procedures, documenting results, and preparing written reports or summaries. • Experience supporting program administration, reporting metrics, tracking deliverables, or coordinating cross-functional activities is preferred. • Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are   required   to analyze and summarize information. • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work   products . • College or University degree.
