About the role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance & Safety Officer to join our team within an EASA Part 145 Maintenance  Organisation  i n Ger many .  Reporting to the Compliance & Safety Manager, you will play a key role in  maintaining  the integrity of our  M a nagement  Syste m  ( Co mplian ce a nd  Safet y) . This is a hands-on role requiring a solid understanding of EASA/LBA Part 145 requirements, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with nominated persons and operational departments to ensure compliance is embedded in day-to-day activities. We guarantee comprehensive product support over the entire life cycle of a Pilatus  aircraft . Our teams are experienced specialists trained by Pilatus who look after our  aircraft  to the highest standards . Responsibilities • Assist the Compliance & Safety Manager in managing and  maintaining  the  c ompliance  a udit  p lan,  including audit scheduling, findings tracking, corrective action monitoring, and close-out ; • Conduct independent compliance audits across internal and contracted/subcontracted activities, ensuring alignment with  LBA,  EASA Part 145 regulations and internal procedures ; • S upport  internal  departments in  the preparation of  Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and verify root cause analyses, corrective/preventive actions, and their effective implementation within defined timelines ; • Draft, revise, and  maintain  the Maintenance  Organisation  Exposition (MOE) and associated manual suite in line with EASA/LBA requirements and operational reality; • Administer the Safety Management Syste m , including occurrence and hazard reporting, risk assessment records, and Safety Review Board (SRB) materials; •   A ctively promote a Just Culture and develop Safety Promotion activities across the  organisation ; • Maintain and administer the  Centrik  compliance  and safety  database, coordinate refresher training for relevant staff, and support the  organization  during Competent Authority oversight activities ; • Manage staff  license  applications and renewals with the relevant authorities and coordinate On-the-Job Training (OJT)  programmes  to support the development of future certifying staff ; • Identify  and recommend improvements to Compliance & Safety processes, contributing to the continuous enhancement of the  organization's  Management System ; • Travel to different  organizational  entities as  required . Experience: • Minimum  2  years of professional experience within an EASA environment (Compliance Monitoring, Safety, Maintenance) ; • Minimum  1  years of professional experience in audit activities within  an   main tenance   organisation  is considered an advantage ; • Previous  experience in Business Aviation would be considered an asset. Language • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
