Compliance Officer Location: Monroe, NY (Boro Park and New City office available) Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM Salary: $70,000–$120,000 annually, commensurate with experience We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced compliance professional, with the potential to take on increasing responsibility and eventually transition into a leadership role within the compliance department. Key Responsibilities Assist with the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance programs and policies. Monitor organizational compliance with applicable regulatory and operational requirements. Support audits, reviews, investigations, and corrective action processes. Maintain compliance documentation and records. Collaborate with leadership and staff to promote a culture of compliance and regulatory adherence. Qualifications Prior compliance experience preferred. Experience with OPWDD services and regulations strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Work Arrangement Hybrid schedule with approximately 1–2 days per week in the office. Training will be conducted in Monroe, NY, approximately 2 days per week during the onboarding period. Candidates may work from either the Monroe or Brooklyn (Boro Park) office location. Travel expenses related to training and required travel will be reimbursed.
