About Team Join our Compliance and Non-Financial Risk Management team, where we help ensure IPF Digital operates with integrity, transparency, and a strong customer-first approach across multiple international markets. We work closely with legal, risk, and business leaders to strengthen our control environment, navigate regulatory change, and enable sustainable business growth through effective compliance. Work alongside colleagues based across multiple countries and collaborate every day in a genuinely cross-border environment. You'll gain exposure to different regulatory regimes, licensing models, and local market requirements, making every project an opportunity to broaden your expertise and work with diverse perspectives. This role is based in Warsaw , with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets. Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action: Compliance Management: Strengthen and continuously improve our compliance framework by ensuring key controls are well designed, effectively implemented, and consistently applied across the business to meet regulatory and internal standards. Risk Assessment and Assurance: Identify, assess, and monitor compliance risks through testing, reviews, and control assessments, helping the business proactively address emerging risks and maintain a robust control environment. Investigation and Issue Resolution: Lead or support investigations into compliance incidents and risk events, ensuring timely remediation, clear reporting, and sustainable improvements that reduce future risk. Governance and Regulatory Advisory: Monitor regulatory developments, translate complex requirements into practical guidance, and support business initiatives by providing balanced, risk-based recommendations that enable informed decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, country teams, legal advisers, and auditors, influencing decisions and fostering a culture where compliance supports business success. Learning and Knowledge Sharing: Deliver engaging compliance training and practical guidance that increases regulatory awareness, strengthens first-line ownership, and promotes consistent compliance practices across international teams. Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets. Our hiring approach As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV. In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other. We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success: Previous experience in compliance, risk management, or governance within the financial services sector, ideally with exposure to consumer lending or regulated financial products. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, internal controls, governance frameworks, and assurance activities, with the ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical business solutions. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, combined with the confidence to challenge constructively and make sound, risk-based decisions in a dynamic international environment.
