As Compliance Officer and MLRO, you will represent the firm before the MFSA, allowing you to take a significant step forward into a more strategic, visible, and influential position while you are still early on in your career. You will: • AML-related responsibilities, including review and escalation of suspicious activity and submission of STRs/SARs to the FIAU. • Engage with regulators, such as the MFSA and FIAU, for regulatory engagement and inspections. • Prepare reports to the Board, with regulatory updates and key risks. Skills / Experience: • Experience engaging with regulators. • Experience within EMI is a must. • Opportunity for young professionals • Willing to be PQd.
