Description
Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized  Compliance Review Coordinator  to assist our team with administrative and documentation-related responsibilities. This role requires strong document reviewing skills, communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. The coordinator will also foster collaborative relationships with FI Coordinators, handle office protocols professionally, and maintain high standards of document compliance. Responsibilities Review documentation such as reimbursement requests and timesheets thoroughly, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, best practices, and instructions Follow structured procedures and ensure accuracy in all submitted materials Perform accurate data entry while managing multiple records and deadlines Review spreadsheets and websites for reimbursement verification Learn and utilize the basics of eVero / Enterprise software systems as part of daily responsibilities Communicate clearly and professionally with individuals as well as internal team members Maintain organized and accurate records while tracking multiple individuals at the same time Requirements Ability to audit documents ensuring guidelines and workflow standards are met Prior administrative, coordination, and compliance-related documentation Demonstrated ability to input and review accurate data entry managing multiple records and deadlines Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and effectively use new software platforms Proficient in computer software for documentation, record-keeping, and communication (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems) Familiarity with healthcare, social services (a plus, not required) Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish. at least at a level of C1 Empathetic and caring attitude towards individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize department needs effectively Benefits Competitive salary.
