Description
Key Responsibilities: Manage MoI badges, sponsorships, and employee compliance paperwork. Handle Freedom of Movement documentation and approvals. Maintain accurate compliance databases and trackers. Draft official correspondence to government and non-government entities. Coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliance is up to date. Support day-to-day compliance administration and special matters. Follow up and liaise with the Ministry of Oil and Midland Oil Company regarding relevant matters Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all compliance matters. Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required. Knowledge of Iraqi law, MoI procedures, and compliance documentation. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Fluent in Arabic and advanced English; strong communication skills. Proactive, organized, and able to handle pressure. Benefits Competitive salary.
