We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with a strong background in wound care to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse who has extensive experience assessing and managing complex wounds in the community, even if they have not completed the NSWOCC Wound, Ostomy and Continence Education Program. Your Role As a Wound Care Nurse at The Care Company, you will: Conduct comprehensive wound assessments. Provide advanced wound management in home and community settings. Monitor wound healing and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Educate clients, families, and caregivers on wound prevention and management. Collaborate with physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical documentation.
