WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a  Group Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Manager Location: Prague (Czech Republic) As Group Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and continuously improving P3's reward framework and HR systems across Europe. You will combine analytical thinking with a hands-on approach, translating market insights into practical solutions that support our business strategy and reward philosophy.  Working closely with HR, Finance, Country Management, and external partners, you will drive compensation and benefits initiatives, support executive remuneration processes, optimize HR Operations through technology, and continuously improve the way HR processes are delivered across the Group.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining Compensation & Benefits expertise with  SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Compensation: Participation in development and continuous improvement of P3's total rewards framework across Europe.   Managing and interpreting market benchmark data (WTW, Korn Ferry and other providers) and translate findings into practical recommendations.   Supporting salary reviews, market positioning, pay structures, and internal equity analyses.   Participation in the design and administration of short-term and long-term incentive plans.   Supporting executive remuneration processes, Remuneration Committee materials, and compensation reporting.   Providing compensation advice to HR Business Partners and business leaders.   Monitoring market trends, legislation, and emerging reward practices.   Benefits: Developing and maintaining competitive and sustainable benefits programs across multiple European countries.   Benchmarking local benefits against market practice and identify opportunities for improvement.   Research and evaluation of new benefit solutions aligned with business needs.   Leading benefit provider tenders, negotiations, renewals, and vendor relationships.   Coordination of benefit implementation with local teams and external pr
