Remote Recruitment is hiring a Compensation and Benefits Specialist for our UK-based clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate annual salary review, benchmarking and bonus cycle processes Administer employee benefits schemes including pensions, health insurance and wellbeing Develop and maintain the total reward framework and compensation banding structure Ensure full compliance with UK pay equity legislation and gender pay gap reporting Provide specialist advice to HR business partners and managers on reward matters Analyse compensation data and produce reports and recommendations for senior leadership Requirements 4+ years of compensation and benefits or reward experience Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel Solid understanding of UK employment law as it relates to pay and benefits Experience with salary survey providers such as Korn Ferry or Mercer Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders What We Offer R30,000/month 100% remote, UK business hours Career growth and professional development Exposure to leading UK businesses and practices Remote Recruitment – connecting top South African talent with UK employers.
