YOUR ROLE The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for overseeing employee benefits, ensuring statutory compliance, and monitoring leave records. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and flexibility to manage remote tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Administer and manage statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR) and ensure timely submission of reports. • Coordinate company‑initiated benefits such as HMO and group insurance. • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with data privacy standards. • Monitor employee leaves (sick leave and vacation leave) to ensure proper tracking and compliance. • Provide support in audits, compliance checks, and employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits. • Liaise with government offices or external providers when required to process documents (fieldwork as needed). ABOUT YOU • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–3 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits or HR operations. • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and statutory benefits. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office; knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets is a plus. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.• Capable of delivering high‑quality work with minimal supervision. • Willingness to perform occasional fieldwork for document processing.
