The Ardonagh Group are currently recruiting a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our growing team. This position will be primarily responsible for assisting with the maintenance of our UK and international entities, ensuring the timely completion of Companies House filings. You will also be providing meeting support and be involved in the full range of activities of the Cosec team. As a member of the team your responsibilities are likely to involve: To assist in the functioning of the Corporate Secretariat so that it provides a comprehensive and highly effective company secretariat service for the Ardonagh Group of companies. Participation in the governance meeting cycle, including preparation and distribution of meeting packs and attending and minuting meetings. Ensuring the timely completion of Companies House filings and supporting non-UK entity management and filings. Assisting with the upkeep of corporate data and structure charts using Diligent Entities. Keeping governance documents are kept up to date. Supporting the business with KYC compliance. Participating in ongoing legal entity rationalisation projects. Coordinating the annual accounts approvals process. Liaising closely with colleagues internally, including in other global teams. Undertaking miscellaneous duties and tasks. Supporting and leading ad-hoc projects. Essential experience A positive and proactive approach. A team player. Good organisational skills.
