Company Commercial Lawyer – Worcester We are seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join our team based in Worcester. The successful candidate will have good experience in the purchase and sale of businesses and companies, advising on a full range of commercial agreements, advising on alternative forms of business structure and general commercial advice. Excellent knowledge of transactional processes is required for our role, and you will need to demonstrate a high level of technical expertise. The role represents a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to build on their broad range of commercial acumen and become part of a close-knit team actively building and developing commercial business throughout the area. Commercially astute, you will be able to demonstrate first-class drafting and analytical skills.
