ACC Members spend a year serving with locally-rooted organizations, helping address the digital divide and strengthen access to opportunity. Help residents access online services related to healthcare, employment, education, and benefits by providing information, digital navigation support, and referrals to appropriate service providers as needed. The Member will not determine eligibility for benefits or provide case management services. II. Support Training and Skill Development Assist staff with identifying participant learning needs and preparing appropriate training plans based on identified community needs. Help adapt or assist staff in developing and updating curriculum and materials for individual and small-group training sessions. Support the delivery of training sessions tailored to varying digital skill levels and age groups using curriculum, materials, and guidance provided or approved by program staff. III. Support the Upper Rio Grande Regional Broadband Working Group Assist Broadband Working Group leadership in gathering information regarding community technology needs through direct resident engagement.
