Empower Youth and Families as a Community Support Specialist Full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. As a Community Support Specialist – Youth , you’ll provide personalized, in-home and community-based support, helping young people and their caregivers build resilience, navigate challenges, and create lasting change.
