Scalepex is growing and looking to onboard a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to join our team in Queretaro. This position is in Queretaro and you must be willing to be in the office. You will foster a sense of belonging and engagement within our online and offline communities. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to building and maintaining strong relationships with our community members, driving brand awareness, and facilitating productive conversations. Job Responsibilities and Duties Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our community across various platforms (social media, forums, events, etc.). Foster a positive and inclusive community culture that aligns with the organization's values and goals. Create and curate engaging and relevant content to share with the community, including social media updates, newsletters, and more. Encourage user-generated content and collaboration among community members. Track and analyze key community metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize community engagement strategies. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements and adjustments. Requirements Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of proven experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role. Proficiency in using social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics with strong focus on LinkedIn. Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving skills. Demonstrated creativity in content creation and engagement strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
