Shifts are 8AM-2PM £12.71 | 4PM-10PM £12.88 At  Kensa Health , we help people live safely and independently in their own homes. What you’ll be doing You’ll support clients in their own homes with tasks such as : • Personal care and medication reminders • Preparing meals and light household help • Providing companionship and reassurance Pay & Benefits • 8AM–2PM shifts –   £12.71 per hour  | 4PM–10PM shifts –   £12.88 per hour • 45p per mile (higher than many local providers) • Paid travel time, not just contact time • Enhanced Pay - Time and a half on public holidays -Double pay on Christmas Day & New Year’s Day Additional Benefits • Holiday pay & pension scheme • Free DBS check & uniform, Blue Light Card discounts • Flexible full-time & part-time shifts available • Ongoing training and career progression opportunities 👉 Many care companies only pay for contact time.
