Job Title: Freelance Commissioning Technician (x2) Location: Alzey, Germany Project: Eli Lilly Pharmaceutical Project Start Date: 22nd June 2026 Contract Type: Freelance / Contract About the Client: Our client is supporting a major pharmaceutical project for Eli Lilly in Alzey, delivering critical installation and commissioning services within a highly regulated environment. The project focuses on ensuring system reliability, compliance, and operational readiness across key facility infrastructure. Role Overview: We are seeking two experienced freelance Commissioning Technicians to support a high-profile pharmaceutical project in Alzey. The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out commissioning activities, performing measurements, and ensuring quality standards are met across both facility and installation elements. Key Responsibilities: · Perform commissioning and quality checks on electrical systems and installations. · Carry out all required measurements across facility and installation scope. · Ensure systems are commissioned in line with project specifications and pharmaceutical standards. · Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. · Communicate effectively in English with the end client on-site. · Support troubleshooting and resolution of commissioning issues. · Maintain accurate documentation of commissioning activities and results. Candidate Requirements: · Proven experience as a Commissioning Technician within industrial environments. · Strong electrical background with switchgear experience. · Previous pharmaceutical project experience is highly preferred. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. · Fluent in English and German (both required). · Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. · Available to start on 22nd June and commit to a full-time schedule. Contract Details Location: On-site in Alzey, Germany Duration: 3 months initial contract (with potential extension) Working Hours: 5 days per week, approximately 50 hours per week Rate: Competitive freelance hourly/daily rate depending on experience
