About the Role: We are partnering with a leading global organisation in the renewable energy sector to appoint an experienced Commissioning Manager (HV) to support the delivery of utility-scale wind and renewable energy projects across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing technical team and take ownership of high voltage commissioning activities across a portfolio of projects, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery from construction through to energisation and handover to operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead HV commissioning activities across multiple utility-scale renewable energy projects. Manage, mentor and develop a team of High Voltage Operating Authorities (HVOA) across ANZ. Develop commissioning execution plans, including system boundaries and scope of work. Oversee commissioning budgets, schedules and resource allocation. Coordinate and review inspection and test plans (ITPs), QA/QC processes and commissioning documentation. Drive safety and risk management, including Safety in Design and HAZCOM reviews. Witness and coordinate FATs, site testing and energisation through to project handover. Liaise with stakeholders (clients, contractors and internal teams) to manage technical queries, compliance and commissioning deliverables. About You: Proven experience in HV commissioning within renewable energy, utilities or large-scale EPC projects. Strong technical background across substations, switchyards, transmission systems and grid connections. Demonstrated leadership experience managing commissioning teams in site-based environments. Solid understanding of QA/QC processes, test procedures and commissioning documentation. Experience in safety, risk management and electrical compliance in high-risk environments. Electrical Engineering degree with relevant field experience.
