Awash with nautical spirit, our gem on the Italian Riviera celebrates the art of Ligurian living in its purest form.  We are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our DaV Restaurant team.   The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.  He/She will reports a Restaurant Manger Main duties & responsibilities:  Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on DaV Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards LQA and procedures;  Take care of the mise en place;  Support the Chef de Rang with service;  Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;  Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs.
