We are seeking a qualified multi franchise Service Technician to join our dealership in Hemel Hempstead. The Service Technician will report to the Service Manager and will be responsible for meeting both franchise and company standards in a service environment. About you: •   Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical knowledge – irrelevant of brand, to work at pace •   A team-player who is comfortable operating with set processes and procedures • A qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry recognised qualification, ideally level 3 but level 2 will be considered • Ability to carry out MOT’s is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given • Motivated, dedicated and organised with a focus on Health & Safety in the workplace • Be  Tech savvy with confidence in using an iPad • Must have experience as a commercial vehicle Technician (Ford experience preferred) The Ideal Service Technician: • The ability to c arry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles and brands • Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, which may include some warranty approved work in line with our brands (subject to experience / training level) • Be confident in  MOT testing duties (if qualified) • Completing work from job cards and electronic write ups through franchise platforms • E lectronic vehicle health checks (EVHC’s) and video health checks • Guide and  Support Apprentice Technicians as and when required Benefits: • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays • Pension enrolment scheme • PPE Supplied • Company events • Free On Site Parking • Training platform • Development Opportunities • Company Discounts • Benefits Platform
