Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our Ford Transit Centre in Northampton. This position is offered on a full-time working contract of 46.33 hours a week paying a basic salary of £33,600 and with and a truly exceptional bonus plan - our average Vehicle Technician earnings at Northampton Transit Centre were £52,864 last year! We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills: · A full UK driving licence · Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles · MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous · Fantastic verbal and written English skills · Experience with Commercial vehicles would be advantageous · Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential) Key Responsibilities and Duties · Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded · Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training · Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards · Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes To be considered for this opportunity please apply now
