BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks. Key Responsibilities: • Providing commercial support for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant contracts, company policies, and other legal documents. • Prepare after sales agreement according to needs of regions and transactions. • Summarize potential risks of current business activities and provide advice to business managers to ensure that issues are identified and resolved and that business risk is managed appropriately. • Liaise and cooperate with the legal team and fiance team. • Aftersales contract signature process and signed contracts archiving. • Afterslaes contract performance management • Other commercial-related work. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: • Master of Law degree, with knowledge of European law, better with related working experience. • 5+ years of working experience. • Basic knowledge of Automotive industry. • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. • Good commercial/transactional negotiation skills, particularly in cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional transactions. • Excellent command of English and Chinese language skills. • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, precise and able to multi-task effectively. • Organized, team spirit, high integrity and ethical values.
