Description Join a Small Team That Moves Fast and Builds Big We're looking for a Commercial Solar Foreman who knows how to lead from the front. We're a small but fierce commercial solar company serving the entire state of New Mexico. We work hard, move fast, and expect our leaders to set the pace. Every day starts at full speed, and we're looking for someone who can keep their crew motivated, productive, and safe while delivering quality work. Schedule • Monday through Thursday • 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Three-day weekends every week! What You'll Do • Lead commercial solar installation crews on projects throughout New Mexico. • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. • Keep your team productive, accountable, and motivated. • Coordinate daily tasks, materials, equipment, and workflow. • Maintain excellent communication with project managers and office staff. • Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team culture. • Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward.
