Commercial Real Estate Associate Location: Dublin, Ireland Job Type: Full-time Our client, one of Ireland’s top commercial law firms, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor at the Associate level to join their highly regarded and market-leading Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team. Day-to-Day of the Role: Client Management: Assist with a portfolio of client transactions and projects across various sectors. Collaboration: Work closely with our large CRE team and liaise with our planning, infrastructural, and energy teams. Legal Tasks: Handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant law, and provide support to the Development Finance and Corporate teams. Documentation: Manage general property-related work and related security documentation within the CRE team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years qualified with a strong background in all stages of CRE transactions. Knowledge: Understanding of banking and security transactions and requirements. Skills: Excellent drafting skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attributes: Strong commercial focus, business acumen, and a sociable personality capable of communicating effectively at all levels. Problem Solving: A calm and measured approach to problem-solving.
