This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a high-calibre national practice, known for its work across real estate, development, and investment. The Role: You’ll work alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, including: • Development projects – acting for developers, landowners, and investors on site acquisition, planning, and disposals • Commercial acquisitions and disposals – supporting both portfolio and single-asset transactions • Landlord and tenant matters – advising on leases, renewals, subletting, and property management issues • Involvement in strategic land and regeneration schemes You’ll be encouraged to take on early responsibility, manage client relationships, and develop your technical expertise across the full commercial property spectrum.
