Legal Confident managing a varied Commercial Property caseload from instruction through to completion? At least 3 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Property? You will work closely with an experienced team on a wide range of Commercial Property matters including acquisitions and disposals, land development work and commercial leases. The role • Handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters from start to finish. • Advise clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate. • Work on land development projects and commercial leasing matters. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Commercial Property team. Essential experience • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in Commercial Property. • Exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property transactions. • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
