Commercial Property Solicitor | (2+ PQE) | Greater Manchester | Flexible Office Base Looking for your next move in Commercial Property within a supportive, forward-thinking firm? We’re working with a highly regarded legal practice in the Greater Manchester area where you will have a choice of an office base that's perhaps closer to home. The firm is continuing to grow its Commercial Property team and is keen to bring in a talented Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and friendly environment where your work will be varied, high-quality and genuinely valued. You’ll handle a broad mix of commercial property matters, giving you the chance to build on your technical expertise while enjoying real autonomy in your caseload. Work will include: • Sales and purchases of commercial property • Business asset transactions • Property disposals via auction • Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages • Landlord & Tenant matters, including: • Leases and renewals • Licences to assign, sublet and alter • Surrenders • Pension scheme transactions (including in specie transfers) • Land Registry matters, including first registrations and adverse possession • Section 25 notices • Acting for management companies What We’re Looking For • A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Commercial Property • Strong technical knowledge and a solid grounding across a broad range of matters • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills • A proactive, commercially aware approach • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team but can also run matters independently What’s on Offer • Competitive salary • Bonus day scheme • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays • A genuinely friendly, down-to-earth team culture • Flexibility to work across multiple office bases in the North region This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in a firm that combines quality work with a supportive and approachable culture.
