Nuitée is hiring a Commercial Operations Manager to work directly with our SVP of Sales & Partnerships and build the operating layer behind a fast-growing commercial team. You’ll support the commercial team across proposals, RFPs, customer meetings, partner events, research, reporting, and follow-up, making sure important work is prepared, organised, and moving forward. This is a new role at Nuitée. Today, too much of this operational work sits with senior commercial leaders. Your job is to bring structure to it: preparing materials, coordinating inputs, tracking next steps, organising information, and making sure important commercial work keeps moving. A good way to think of it is: you help build the practical operating layer behind a fast-growing commercial team. The commercial team already has strong momentum, and this role helps build the structure behind the next stage of growth. The kind of problems you’ll work on How do we make sure every important customer or partner meeting has the right deck, data, context, and follow-up? How do we make RFPs, proposals, and commercial materials faster to produce without lowering quality? How do we organise templates, case studies, partner information, and commercial content so the team can reuse them? How do we use research, CRM data, reporting, and AI tools to help the commercial team make better decisions faster? This role fits someone who has 2–3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales coordination, business operations, project management, marketing, or consulting is early in their commercial career, hungry to learn, and ready to take on more ownership is very strong in Google Slides and can create polished, professional decks independently has used HubSpot or a similar CRM and is comfortable picking up new tools quickly is organised, structured, and able to manage several workstreams at the same time is commercially curious and
