Commercial Manager (Tunnelling) London Office with occasional travel £90,000 - £100,000 + Benefits I'm working with a leading consultancy seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional with significant experience in tunnelling and underground construction environments who is looking to work on complex, large-scale infrastructure projects. Key Requirements • Proven experience working on tunnelling and underground construction projects. • Strong understanding of TBM operations, shaft construction, underground structures, and associated commercial considerations. • Experience undertaking commercial assurance, cost reviews, commercial risk assessments, and contractor engagement. • Strong commercial management, quantity surveying, and contract administration experience. • Ideally 12+ years of relevant industry experience within major infrastructure, rail, utilities, water, or heavy civil engineering projects. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
