We are looking for an Commercial Manager (m/w/d) aparental leave replacement, acting as the central interface between Menck Finance and R&M. You will support R&M management in all commercial and financial matters and ensure high‑quality stock and project reporting aligned with Menck Group and ACTEON requirements.The candidate will be located in Kaltenkirchen Germandy or remotely in the Netherlands. Duties & Main Responsibilities • Set up and maintain Jet Reports for accurate stock, R&M and forecast reporting for Finance and R&M • Manage project-related stock movements, including on‑site stock counts and returns • Support R&M Operations Managers with forecast planning, cost reviews and CAPEX requests • Review R&M contracts and MSAs focusing on commercial terms, invoicing, tax, insurance and profitability • Support quote‑to‑project transfers in NAV and maintain project master data, invoicing schedules and revenue recognition • Handle project invoicing, billing plans and A/R collection in line with contractual and statutory requirements • Perform monthly project forecasts and ensure alignment of costs, time charges and budgets • Support on tax topics, insurance claims, bank guarantees and letters of credit related to projects Requirements • Provide financial expertise to the R&M team and ensure accurate project and stock data flow to Finance • Ensure timely and accurate project and stock reporting in NAV • Maintain correct project setup and data quality in NAV (incl. revenue recognition, stock postings and cost planning) • Ensure tax matters are clarified prior to project start and in compliance with statutory deadlines • Ensure timely invoicing in accordance with contractual terms and accounting standards What we offer • Flexible working hours and the possibility of mobile working • Discounted membership to a fitness/wellness club • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with independent and confidential counseling for personal and professional issues • Subsidies for travel allowances and meals • JobRad • VWL • Company pension scheme • Free drinks and fruit • And much more Applicants who are applying for this position and would like to add a cover letter to their application are asked to upload their cover letter and CV in one document.
