Associate – Commercial Litigation / Arbitration (3-5 PQE) About the Firm A leading London law firm offering a full range of dispute resolution services. Recognised for handling complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes and valued for technical excellence combined with a pragmatic, client-centred approach. The practice advises on matters with international, sovereign, and commercial dimensions across a range of sectors, often involving high-value claims and strategic resolution. The Role You will join a dynamic and growing arbitration and disputes team, working on sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional cases often linked to sovereign states and energy-sector clients. In this role, you will manage key workstreams, draft submissions, and attend hearings on significant arbitration and litigation matters. Expect exposure to international commercial arbitration, investor-state disputes, and proceedings in support of arbitration in the English courts, under rules including ICC, LCIA, and LMAA. What They’re Looking For • Solicitor with 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience • Strong experience in commercial arbitration and public international law issues • Excellent drafting and analytical ability, including handling disclosure • Ability to manage matters autonomously and work to tight deadlines • Engagement in business development initiatives and client relationship building • Desirable: experience with investor-State disputes and sovereign or state-owned entity matters Why Apply?
