Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary • Overtime opportunities • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid travel time • Paid time off (PTO) • Stable, long-term employment with consistent workload Why Join Us • Family-oriented culture with strong team support • Low turnover and high employee satisfaction • Leadership that values trust, respect, and autonomy • Opportunity to grow with a company expanding into new markets • Work environment where you’re treated like a professional—not micromanaged Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 5+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems experience (leadership experience preferred) • Strong ability to troubleshoot electronic controls and electrical systems • Working knowledge of control systems (DDC, sensors, relays, etc.) • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new HVAC-related software and control platforms • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and controls • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems • Experience leading or supervising field teams • EPA Certification (required) • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously • Strong communication and leadership skills Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee 8–10 field technicians across multiple crews • Manage 3–4 concurrent commercial HVAC projects at various stages • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repair of commercial HVAC systems • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code standards • Coordinate daily activities, scheduling, and job progress across teams • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians • Diagnose, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, etc.) • Perform system checks including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and refrigerant circuits • Troubleshoot refrigeration systems in conjunction with electronic and control components • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and internal teams • Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting • Support continuous improvement of processes and field operations
