Description
Cardinal State, LLC is seeking a Commercial Landscaping Project Manager to oversee commercial landscape installation, ecological restoration, shoreline stabilization, green infrastructure, and environmental construction projects throughout the Chicagoland area. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Landscaping Project Manager for our expanding business! Commercial Landscaping Project Manager Requirements:
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial landscaping, civil construction, environmental restoration, site development, utilities, erosion control, stormwater management, or related outdoor construction industries.
• Knowledge of landscape installation and construction for commercial landscape projects.
• Previous project management experience, including experience working with multiple installation projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of materials and labor costs.
• Ability to delegate, direct, and oversee multiple projects and teams.
• Knowledge and experience leveraging landscape management software such as LMN.
Commercial Landscaping Project Manager Responsibilities:
• Formulating and administering long-range plans for all job sites.
• Developing and communicating the monthly, weekly, and daily schedules.
• Managing labor hours and materials to ensure profitability.
• Rotating job sites to ensure high standards of safety and quality workmanship are established and maintained.
• Overseeing the timely and accurate procurement of material deliveries & equipment requirements as needed.
• Managing the change order process to ensure that no work goes unbilled.
• Tracking, analyzing, and leveraging data to improve results of the project.
• Other responsibilities as required.
