Company-Funded Education Opportunities : HVAC Apprentice Program (HVAC) Manufactures’ Training Language – Spanish and English Health and Wealth Education Emotional Intelligence, Leadership and Advancement Training Key Responsibilities of the Refrigeration Technician include : Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Work with other trades to complete projects Follow all safety protocols and regulations Provide excellent customer service Maintaining company issued vehicle, tools, and equipment Qualified candidates will have : High School Diploma or G.E.D.
