For our new location at the RIEGER CAMPUS in Aalen-Wasseralfingen, we are looking for a committed personality with specialist knowledge, organizational talent and an open personality to strengthen and further develop our commercial team in the office. Whether numbers, processes or people – you keep an overview and bring everything into harmony.
Your tasks with us :
• Operational team coordination of the internal sales team (8 employees)
– You bring structure, promote strengths and ensure good cooperation and high customer satisfaction
• Ensuring commercial processes
– Support and continuous expansion of existing sales processes
– Systematic development of new customer relationships
– Advising customers on technical issues
– Ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction
– Preparation and follow-up of offers through to successful contract conclusion
– Responsibility for order processing
• Technical management of the export team as part of the office staff (3 employees)
– Processing of export transactions and export documents
• Further development of commercial processes and standards – gladly with your signature
• Assistance with controlling and reporting topics – You have a good feel for figures and correlations
Your qualifications I You will inspire us:
• Successfully completed commercial training – preferably supplemented by further training or studies
• Experience in export processing and customs clearance
• At least initial experience in international customer service, ideally with management responsibility
• Industry experience in the field of valve technology/plant engineering is desirable
• Fluent written and spoken English, other foreign languages also welcome
• Good knowledge of MS Office and sound IT experience with ERP systems
• Sales-oriented and independent work
• High level of communication skills, self-organization, enjoy dealing with customers and not afraid to take on responsibility.
• Coordination skills, thoroughness and reliability
