Rinvio is hiring Commercial Electricians for mostly commercial and light industrial electrical work in the Nashville, Tennessee area. Most work is local to the Nashville market, with occasional project travel approximately 2-3 hours out when needed. Pay: $25-$30/hour, based on experience Location: Nashville, TN area Schedule: Full-time project work; most work is in the Nashville area with occasional projects 2-3 hours out Type: Contract Responsibilities: • Install, bend, route, and support conduit, raceways, wiring, lighting, devices, panels, feeders, branch circuits, and related electrical systems • Perform rough-in, trim-out, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, layout support, and punch-list work • Read and interpret electrical drawings, panel schedules, one-lines, specifications, and field instructions • Support commercial and light industrial project execution while maintaining quality, production, and safety standards • Coordinate professionally with foremen, site leadership, other electricians, and other trades • Identify field issues early and help keep work moving safely and efficiently Requirements: • Commercial electrician experience; light industrial experience is a plus • Strong conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, layout, troubleshooting, and installation skills • Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently with limited supervision • Reliable transportation to Nashville-area job sites • Willingness to travel to occasional project sites approximately 2-3 hours from Nashville when needed • Own basic electrical hand tools and standard PPE • OSHA 10/30 is preferred • Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements Why this role: • $25-$30/hour pay range based on experience; highly qualified candidates may have some flexibility up to $32/hour • Mostly Nashville-area commercial and light industrial electrical work • When overnight travel is required: $70/night hotel allowance and $50/day food allowance • Good fit for experienced electricians seeking project-based work • Professional recruiting support from Rinvio Learn more about Rinvio: https://www.rinvio.com Apply today and a Rinvio recruiter will follow up with qualified candidates quickly.
