Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, dependable Carpenter with experience in commercial buildouts and remodeling projects. This role requires start-to-finish carpentry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, accurate work and shows strong respect for clients, coworkers, and job sites. Primary Responsibilities • Perform metal stud framing and rough builds • Install trim, molding, cabinets, doors, and windows • Hang, finish, and repair drywall • Complete start-to-finish carpentry tasks on remodeling projects • Work from blueprints, drawings, and supervisor instructions • Perform commercial build-outs and business remodels • Install tile as required • Complete light electrical and plumbing tasks • Inspect work throughout the project to ensure it meets code and specifications • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site • Meet project deadlines while delivering accurate, high-quality work • Arrive on time and demonstrate professionalism and respect toward clients and team members Qualifications • Proven experience in framing and drywall installation (required) • Strong knowledge of rough and finish carpentry techniques • Experience with commercial construction and build-outs • Ability to read blueprints and construction documents • Familiarity with construction estimating • Proficient with hand and power tools • General understanding of construction codes and best practices • Strong work ethic and respect for clients’ property Work Environment • On-site work required (not remote) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $41.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Tools provided • Vision insurance License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: On the road
