Commercial Real Estate Associate – Leading Regional Firm Location:Surrey PQE: 2-4 years Term: Permanent Hours: Full-time / Part-time The Opportunity An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Commercial Real Estate Associate (2-4 PQE) to join a highly respected and collegiate team at a leading regional firm. With extensive support from knowledge specialists, paralegals, and trainees, as well as access to cutting-edge legal resources, this is a role designed for a lawyer who wants to excel. The Role You will work on a diverse range of real estate matters within a 37-strong department, collaborating with teams specialising in dispute resolution, construction, and environmental law. Key areas of expertise include: • Development • Investment • Corporate Occupiers (Retail, Office, Industrial) • Real Estate Finance The client base is varied, encompassing property companies, funds, listed REITs, household name PLCs, international businesses, and high-net-worth private clients. The team has broad sector experience, including industrial and logistics, retail, hospitality and leisure, healthcare, and residential development. The Ideal Candidate This role is suited to a driven, commercially minded solicitor with: • Strong academics and high-quality experience from a leading City, national, or regional practice. • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners and team members. • The confidence to manage cases with minimal supervision while also benefitting from strong coaching and supervision. • A proactive approach to business development, with a desire to contribute to the firm’s growth and client relationships.
