Were a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries, and were looking for a Collections Officer to join our team!  Responsibility  Pursue collections  Escalate enquiries to relevant departments  ensure that solutions are implemented in a timely manner   Reconcile Accounts Process relevant debt recovery actions for further actions   Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager  Requirements  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   A team player and also able to work independently   Strong negotiation skills Process driven   Able to read and write in English หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ติดตามหนี้ตามลูกหนี้ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ตามติดตามหนี้ตามรอบวางบิลของลูกหนี้ ตามกรอบระยะเวลาที่กำหนด รับฟังปัญหาลูกค้าและบริการเพื่อให้ลูกค้าพอใจและจ่ายหนี้ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง คอนเฟริมยอดการชำระ และ invoice ที่ถูกต้อง     คุณสมบัติ มีประสบการณ์ด้านเร่งรัดหนี้สินหรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขั้นต่ำ 1 ปี มีประสบการณ์ ด้านติดต่อหาลูกค้าหรือคู่ค้า เพื่อเจรจาและทวงถามหนี้ มีความชอบในงานบริการและการเจรจากับลูกค้า มีความขยันและอดทน ซื่อสัตย์ กระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านทวงหนี้เสียจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
