Job description As a CNC Miller/Programmer at NTS Hengelo - Additive Manufacturing, you are at the basis of our production process. You work with high-quality 5-axis CNC milling machines and effortlessly switch between precise volume production and challenging NPI trajectories. From programming in TopSolid to monitoring the final quality: you take responsibility for the entire process. NTS Hengelo - AM is a scale-up under the NTS Group flag. This means working in a compact, close-knit team with a direct and entrepreneurial atmosphere, combined with the resources and customer portfolio of an international high-tech company. Your contribution is directly visible, your ideas are heard, and your craftsmanship makes the difference. You work closely with engineering and work preparation to make new products manufacturable and continuously improve processes. Furthermore, your tasks are: Independently setting up, operating, and optimizing modern 5-axis CNC milling machines; Programming complex products in CAM software, preferably TopSolid; Collaborating with engineering and work preparation to ensure the manufacturability of new products at an early stage; Actively contributing to NPI trajectories by providing technical input from your machining expertise; Monitoring the quality of your own work according to the strict tolerances demanded by our high-tech customers; Identifying and implementing improvements in the production process for maximum efficiency and quality; Contributing to a clean, safe, and professional work environment according to the applicable guidelines. Requirements We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller/Programmer with a proactive attitude and the following background: A completed technical education at MBO level 3 or 4, preferably in Machining or Mechanical Engineering; Demonstrable experience in independently operating and programming 5-axis milling machines; Experience with CAD/CAM systems, preferably TopSolid; A keen eye for quality and the discipline to work accurately within tight tolerances; A proactive attitude: you think along about process improvements and dare to suggest improvements; A team player who thrives in a small close-knit team where collaboration and craftsmanship are central; Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing, given the work instructions, drawings, and communication on the work floor.
