The Role My client is looking for a CNC Machinist due to expansion. The successful candidate will work within a modern fast paced environment with state-of-the-art machinery. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude and be able to work well in a small team. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm • Setting and operating CNC lathes • Working on FANUC controls • Working on engineering drawings • Using measuring equipment • Responsible to maintain the quality of work The Candidate Experience setting and operating lathes Able to read engineering drawings Able to use quality inspection tools Sliding head experience would be desirable Programming experience would be advantageous however training will be provided The Package The salary offered for this position is £14- £17 per hour plus overtime to a candidate can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
