Description
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a CNC setter/operator/programmer.
• Programming in ISO/ Fanuc/Mazatrol
• Previous experience on multi-axis machining centres.
• Mill/Turn capability is an advantage.
• Aerospace industry experience would be an advantage.
• Capable of reading technical drawings.
• Experienced at working to close tolerances.
• Health, safety and environment compliance.
• Upon a successful interview, Preci-Spark’s application process requests that a basic criminal record check will be carried out.
The role:
• Setting, operating and programming multi-axis machining centres.
• Highly complex multi-tool setups.
• Accurately setting jigs, fixtures and tools.
• Running First Off components.
• Manual checks of components using standard measuring equipment.
• Compliance with all technical documentation.
