(G-Code, Mazatrol is a plus) • Knowledge of tooling and different applications to apply. • Ability to do setups required to complete the part, including work holding. • Ability to calculate speeds and feeds for a variety of materials. • Must be able to hold tight tolerances. (+/- .0005) • Proficient at using inspection equipment. (Micrometers, Calipers, etc.) • Ability to read and understand blueprints. • Use blueprints, specifications, job routings, geometric dimensions, and tolerances to plan daily machining. • Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude. • Ability to detect and trouble shoot problems by taking measurements, adjusting controls, closely monitoring drilling, and cutting. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. • This is a safety sensitive position.
