CNC Lathe Operator Siemens/Fanuc - Select Employment Agency • -css' href='https://selectuitzendbureau.nl/wp-content/plugins/raadhuis-recruitnow-api/public/css/public.css?ver=1.0.0' media='all' /> × 4.0/5.0 Summary Will you be the new CNC Turner who gets to work with precision and craftsmanship on our advanced CNC lathes with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls, and helps our client realize complex, high-quality products ranging from small to large sizes? Description As a CNC Turner, you work with a variety of machines, including advanced CNC lathes with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls. You manufacture small batches of up to 40 pieces, dealing with diverse, often exotic materials. The products and parts you work on vary in size from 15 mm to 1000 mm and are often complex and precision-driven. • Independently produce complex and highly precise parts based on drawings, production data or instructions. • Setting up, operating, and where necessary correcting CNC lathes with Siemens and/or Fanuc control. • Interim checking of products for quality and specifications using measuring instruments. • Evaluate, determine and optimize machining methods. • Interpret measurement data and adjust where necessary. • Thinking about how to efficiently organize the production process and contributing to improvements. To demand • A completed MBO level 3 training in Machining with demonstrable experience as a machinist. • Ideally, you already have experience with various CNC lathes or have the ambition to develop yourself in this area. • You have knowledge and experience of reading technical drawings. • You have knowledge of clamping techniques, cutting speeds, and machining strategies. • Experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls What we offer • 38-hour work week, Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:00 • Good primary and secondary employment conditions (salary depending on age/experience, travel allowance, pension scheme, vacation days/ATV) • Personal growth and development through training and courses More information Sound interesting?
