Join Our Team as a CNA or HHA!
We are seeking reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one patient care in clients’ homes. In this role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor health conditions, and help ensure each client’s safety and well-being.
You will work under the supervision of our clinical team and office staff while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Light housekeeping and administrative tasks may also be required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Personal Care Assistance – Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Mobility Support – Assist with transfers, repositioning, and safe movement within the home.
• Medication Reminders – Support clients in following prescribed medication schedules.
• Health Monitoring – Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or vital signs.
• Household Assistance – Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Companionship – Provide emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities.
• Safety Management – Identify potential hazards and assist with safe use of medical equipment.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate care records and communicate with the healthcare team.

Requirements:
• Active Indiana CNA or HHA License (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (Required for travel between client homes)
• Ability to pass a background check
Work Schedule & Conditions:
• Work primarily in clients’ homes
• May work independently or alongside family members
• Flexible shifts available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
